Step 1: Shake the bottle well. Do this before each use.

Step 2: Cleanse the face and pat dry.

Step 3: Apply a small amount of lotion to a cotton pad and lightly tap the product all over the area you would like to treat.

Step 4: Leave the product on (do not rinse!) You may follow up with the True Balance Face Cream.

Repeat morning and evening for optimal results.

Note that the product leaves a light, white film on the skin, so you may choose to use it only at night. We recommend using it in combination with the True Balance Face Cream, especially in cases of severe acne.
