Dampen the skin of your face and neck. Scoop a coin-sized amount of product onto the tips of your fingers and gently massage onto the skin using circular motions. Rinse well and continue with the rest of your routine. We recommend exfoliating maximum 1-2 times per week.

Can I use the scrub more often than indicated? No. Scrubbing is generally abrasive for the skin. When done one to two times per week, the skin experiences many of the health benefits. However, more than that, and it can lead to skin sensitivity and irritation, which is why we do not recommend using the scrub more than twice per week.
